Department managers and users with higher permission levels can extend the lifespan of manual user accounts.

Procedure

Search for the user in eAdm.

Click the button to change the expiration date, located in the top-right corner of the user's profile.

Set the new expiration date.
Note: By default, the lifespan can be extended by a maximum of three months at a time.
