How to Send a New Password via SMS

Users with department manager permissions or higher can reset and send a new password to their employees via SMS.


Procedure

  1. Search for the relevant user.

  2. Click the button to send the user a new password.

  3. In the pop-up window, choose whether to send the SMS to the employee's work mobile or private mobile number.

  4. Click Send new password.

The password will be updated in the target systems (AD/Azure AD) within one minute.
