Simployer is a Norwegian company that provides software and services for HR and personnel administration. They offer digital tools to streamline HR tasks such as payroll, recruitment, and personnel management. The goal of Simployer is to simplify HR work for managers, HR staff, and employees.

The access management system can receive both personnel and organizational data from Simployer.


Voorconfiguratie

Before the integration work can begin, you must complete the following preparation steps.

  1. Set up an integration user in your Simployer instance. Please follow the instructions in the Simployer document: Opprettelse av integrasjonsbruker.pdf. Once created, send the username and password to us at Identum.

  2. Request API Keys by sending an email to konsulent-support@simployer.com. In the email, inform them of the username for the integration user you just created.

  3. Send the API keys to us at Identum. Once we have received the keys, we can begin the work of adding Simployer as a source system for your instance.

  4. Configure Department Numbers. You must review the organizational hierarchy in Simployer and add a department number to every entry.

Warning: All department numbers must be unique. You cannot use the same number for more than one department or organizational unit.
