eADM is a cloud-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform developed by Identum AS. It automates the administration of user accounts and access rights across an organisation by connecting directly to HR systems, so that changes to employment data are reflected automatically in digital systems — without manual intervention.
eADM is used primarily by Norwegian municipalities and public sector organisations.
What eADM does
eADM handles the full lifecycle of a user account — from the moment an employee is registered in the HR system, through role changes and relocations, to the day they leave the organisation.

Joiner: When a new employee is registered in the HR system, eADM automatically creates their user account and assigns the correct access rights based on their role and department.

Mover: When an employee changes role, department, or location, eADM adjusts access rights accordingly.

Leaver: When an employee leaves the organisation, eADM deactivates or removes their accounts across connected systems.
How eADM connects to your systems
eADM integrates with the organisation's HR system as its authoritative source of truth for user data. From there, it provisions accounts and access to connected target systems.

Note: eADM reads user data from the HR system. Changes to personal data such as name, phone number, or work location must be made in the HR system — not in eADM directly.
Who administers eADM?
eADM is administered by designated system administrators in your organisation, typically within the IT department. End users do not access eADM directly — the system works in the background to keep accounts and access rights up to date.
