What to do if updates are not visible after a sync

If a manual or scheduled sync has recently completed but you do not see the expected changes in the user interface, the cause is likely your web browser's cache. Your browser stores temporary data to load pages faster, which can sometimes prevent it from displaying the latest updates.

The solution is to clear the application cache directly from the settings menu.

How to clear the browser cache

  1. Click Settings in the left-hand menu.

  2. Click the Clear browser cache button located at the bottom of the main window.

After clearing the cache, the page will reload and display the most recent data from the latest sync.
