Support Scope for the eADM-Gerica Integration

This article clarifies the support responsibilities for the Gerica application provided by TietoEvry.

Identum offers an integration that connects our eADM platform with Gerica. Our role is to ensure that the data synchronization between the two systems functions correctly.

However, Identum does not provide user support for the Gerica application itself. Gerica is a third-party product developed and maintained by TietoEvry.

Scope of Support

  • Identum Support:

    • Issues related to the configuration of the integration between eADM and Gerica.

    • Errors in data synchronization from eADM to Gerica.

  • TietoEvry Support:

    • Questions about how to use the Gerica software.

    • Functional errors or bugs within the Gerica application.

    • General operational questions about Gerica.
